EXPEC 1880 infrared thermal imaging gas leak detector (EXPEC 1880) is a non-contact leak detector for volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It adopts high-end medium wave cooled type II superlattice infrared detector and has passed Ex ic nc op IIc T4 Gc explosion-proof certification, with high protection level (IP54).
Features:
1.
Qualitative and Quantitative Detection
The EXPEC 1880 Infrared thermal imaging detector and the EXPEC 3100 portable VOCs analyzer are connected through WIFI, which realizes the real-time data intercommunication. While quickly capturing the leaking gas through images, the detector can track the VOCs leakage in real-time.
2.
Unreachable Point Detection
EXPEC 1880 allows the user to detect leakage remotely, keeping them from hazardous condition.
3.
Multi-mode Selection
EXPEC 1880 has three modes: visible light, ordinary infrared, and high-sensitivity infrared. The detector can switch between different modes, find leaking components, locate the source of the leak accurately, and detect gas.
Performance Configuration:
1.
4.3 inch rotatable touch screen with 800 x 600 pixel viewfinder.
2.
The handle fits ergonomic design and can be rotated 180 degrees.
3.
Start-up time is less than 5 minutes, which helps to improve the efficiency of field test.
4.
Explosion-proof manipulator can be used to realize data intercommunication with the LDAR management platform and remote monitoring.
5.
Global Positioning System (GPS); video and audio recording functions facilitate on-site forensics.
Application Area:
Petrochemical industry, refinery, oil and gas reservoir, gas station, natural gas pipeline, offshore oil platform, leak detection and repair (LDAR), Environmental Protection Supervision and Law Enforcement Department, etc.
